What this site collects

Two things, and only when you choose to send them. If you submit the Work With MessyOrg form, we store what you type: your name, company, work email, the problem area you pick, your description, any tools or outcome you describe and an optional website address. If you talk to Messy, our chat assistant, and share your details so we can follow up, we store those details and the conversation that produced them.

The site also records anonymous usage events — which products and resources are opened, and which buttons are used. These events contain no names, email addresses or free text.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Nothing you send is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored so that they cannot be read from the browser at all — only MessyOrg's own server-side code and the people who run MessyOrg can access them. Alerts about new submissions are emailed to a MessyOrg address.

Service providers

The site is built and hosted on modern cloud infrastructure and uses third-party services for hosting, the database, email delivery and the chat assistant's language model. Those providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site. The technologies we use are listed publicly on our ecosystem page.

How long it is kept

Submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Send that request through the Work With MessyOrg form and say what you need — it reaches the same place.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the change will be described in our company updates.
