Terms

These terms cover messyorg.com itself — the company website you are reading now.

What this site is

messyorg.com is MessyOrg's company website. It describes the company and the products we build. Each product is a separate application on its own website, with its own terms, pricing and account rules. Nothing on this site replaces those.

Information on this site

We work to keep product descriptions, statuses and technology labels accurate, and we deliberately publish no metric, customer or result we cannot verify. Even so, products change. Descriptions here are provided as-is and are not a warranty, a specification or a commitment to any particular feature, timeline or outcome.

No offer or engagement

Submitting the Work With MessyOrg form or the proposal request form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and we do not accept every project. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Engagements, invoices and payment

Prices shown on this site are starting points, not quotes. Scope, phases, deliverables, timing, fees and payment schedule are set in the written agreement for your engagement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site. Nothing on this site can be purchased through a checkout.

Once scope and terms are agreed, we invoice through our payment provider. Invoices state what they cover, when they are due and how to pay. Deposits, milestone payments and any recurring MessyCare support fee are the ones named in your agreement. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are never stored by MessyOrg. Refunds, cancellation and what happens to work in progress are handled as your agreement sets out — there is no separate site-wide refund policy.

MessyCare response targets published in the Trust Center are targets during our stated business hours. They are not service level agreements, resolution-time guarantees or round-the-clock cover.

Ownership of what we build

Ownership of the software we build for you, and of the accounts and infrastructure it runs on, is set out in your agreement and described in the Trust Center. MessyOrg products remain MessyOrg products; where an engagement uses one, your agreement says so.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access data that isn't yours, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or submit unlawful or deliberately misleading content through our forms.

Trademarks and third-party names

MessyOrg product names and marks belong to MessyOrg. Other company and product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and we use them only to describe real relationships. Our ecosystem page distinguishes awarded partnerships from integrations, technologies we build with and technologies we support; no other endorsement should be inferred.

Links out

We link to our own product sites and to third-party sites. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MessyOrg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
